A user is unable to login to Crunchafi Lease Accounting software
The article provides step-by-step troubleshooting instructions for non-SSO users unable to log in to Crunchafi Lease Accounting software, including verifying account activation status, resending invitation emails from info@crunchafi.com, and using the password reset link at https://my.crunchafi.com/Account/Login if the account is already activated.
This article is for Firm and Client Accounts that do not utilize SSO (Single Sign On)
If your organization has SSO enabled, refer to the SSO login guide.
To troubleshoot a user unable to log in:
- 1.
Check if the user account has been activated:
- Go to the Administration page and select the Users tab.
- Review the user status. If there is an envelope icon in the Actions column when hovering over the user, the account has not been activated.
- 2.
Resend the invitation:
- Click the envelope icon to resend the invitation.
- The system will send an invitation email from info@crunchafi.com.
- The user should check their spam folder if the email is not in their inbox.
- 3.
If the user has no envelope in the Action column:
- The user can go to https://my.crunchafi.com/Account/Login and use the Reset Password link.
- The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
