A user is unable to login to Crunchafi Lease Accounting software (SSO)
For users unable to log in to Crunchafi Lease Accounting software with SSO enabled, access is controlled by their organization's IT team, who must verify or grant access, and if users are not redirected to their organization's login portal after entering their email, they should first confirm with IT and then contact Crunchafi support if issues persist.
For Firm and Client Accounts with SSO Enabled
Access to Lease Accounting software for organizations with SSO (Single Sign On) enabled is managed by the organization's internal IT team. If you are unable to log in, contact your IT team to verify or request access to the Lease Accounting software.
If your organization does not have SSO enabled, refer to the non-SSO login guide.
SSO Login Process
- When a user from an SSO-enabled organization enters their email address on the login page at my.crunchafi.com, they will be redirected to their organization's sign-on portal.
- In most cases, users will be automatically logged in without needing to enter a password.
- Sometimes, users may need to provide their organization's credentials to sign in. The login portal will be specific to the organization.
Troubleshooting
- If, after entering your email address and pressing continue, you are not redirected to your organization's login portal, check with your IT team to ensure you have been added as a Lease Accounting software user.
- If your IT team has confirmed your access but you are still not being redirected, contact support@crunchafi.com for further assistance.
