Disabling Users
- Changing a user's status to Disabled blocks all access to Crunchafi Lease Accounting for that user and removes them from the list of users.
- Disabled users can be found by checking the appropriate filter in the top left of the Users tab.
Managing Client Account Access
- Firm Administrators can change which Firm users can view specific client accounts by clicking on the pencil icon at the far right of the Client Account tab.
- Clicking on Custom allows you to delegate access to only the specified users or groups. This blocks access to the client account for any other Firm Users or Firm Read Only roles not in the list.
