Adding Firm Users vs Client Users

To add additional firm staff to Crunchafi Lease Accounting, follow the steps in the Knowledge Base article on adding firm users.

  • Firm staff will have access to all Client Accounts unless restricted by Groups or SSO Access Control.
  • Groups can be used to narrow which firm staff have access to which client accounts. Firm Administrators always have full access. Groups are added to Crunchafi Lease Accounting and then selected on the Add/Edit Client Account screen.

To add client users, follow the steps in the Knowledge Base article on adding client users to Crunchafi Lease Accounting.

  • When adding client users, you can ensure you are in the correct client account by viewing the client name on the top right.
  • Users added at the client account will only have access to that client account.
