Custom Views
Custom Views in Crunchafi Lease Accounting allow users to save, name, and edit specific filter and column arrangements on the My Leases screen for consistent lease reporting, with these views being shared among all users and selectable or deletable via a dropdown menu.
What can Custom Views be used for?
A custom view is used to save the filters when viewing the My Leases screen. When selecting from the filter dropdown boxes or arranging columns, this view can be saved and edited for future lease reporting.
Custom views are shared by all Crunchafi Lease Accounting users, and the most recent view remains selected when navigating back to My Leases.
- To save a custom view, select the filters, such as Reporting Entity, Asset Type, etc., then click Save Custom View.
- This will open a box that will allow the user to name the view.
- Click Save.
To view the saved Custom View, select from the dropdown. Custom Views can be deleted at any time.
