Firm View - Add Client
The article provides a step-by-step guide for CPA Firm users to add a client in Crunchafi Lease Accounting, detailing how to input client name, select an unchangeable accounting standard, choose between full lease accounting or audit products, set the client billing method (either firm-billed or direct client billing), and configure client access permissions for firm users or groups.
For CPA Firm users only
This article walks you through entering a client account.
To add a client to Crunchafi Lease Accounting, follow these steps:
- 1.Click Add Client
- 2.Add Client Name and/or Description
- 3.Select the accounting standard
- Note: The accounting standard cannot be changed once the Client Account is saved.
- 4.Select Product
- Lease Accounting: Full Lease Accounting Solution
- Lease Accounting Verification: A Lease Accounting Audit solution
- 5.Select Client Billing Method
- Firm to Bill Client: Invoices will be billed to the firm and be broken out by clients
- Crunchafi to Bill Client: Invoices will be billed directly to the firm client. More information about this process can be found here.
- 6.Client Access: When adding a client, Firm Administrators have the ability to restrict which firm users or groups can access specific clients.
- All Firm Users: All Firm users will have access to the client account
- Custom: Users in this group or list will have access to the client account
