How can GL Accounts and Descriptions be changed?

Only users with Administrator or Accounting Administrator roles can change GL Accounts and Descriptions by navigating to Administration - GL Accounts, using the Edit option to modify existing entries, or adding new accounts by selecting Account Type, entering Description and Account Number, and saving the changes.

Only users with the role of Administrator or Accounting Administrator can make changes to GL Accounts and Descriptions.

Steps to Change GL Accounts and Descriptions

  1. 1.Navigate to Administration - GL Accounts.
  2. 2.Click Edit to change the description and account number.
  3. 3.To add additional GL Accounts:
    • Click Add.
    • Select the Account Type.
    • Enter the Description and Account Number.
    • Click Save.
