Missing QuickStart Category Error when Connecting with Sage Intacct
Before connecting Sage Intacct to Crunchafi Data Extraction, ensure that every General Ledger account in Sage Intacct's Chart of Accounts has a QuickStart Category assigned by navigating to General Ledger > General Ledger Accounts > All, selecting QuickStart Categories, and verifying none are left blank, assigning any missing categories prior to connection.
Missing QuickStart Category Error when Connecting with Sage Intacct
Confirm that all General Ledger accounts in Sage Intacct have a current QuickStart Category assigned.
Before connecting a Sage Intacct account to Crunchafi Data Extraction, confirm that none of the QuickStart Categories have been left blank in the Chart of Accounts. To do this:
- 1.Navigate to General Ledger > General Ledger Accounts > All in Sage Intacct.
- 2.Change the dropdown to select QuickStart Categories.
- 3.Ensure that every General Ledger account has a QuickStart Category assigned and that none are left blank.
If any QuickStart Categories are missing, assign them before attempting to connect with Crunchafi Data Extraction.
