Removing Crunchafi Data Extraction Users

Administrators can remove a user from the Crunchafi Data Extraction portal by logging in, navigating to User Management, locating the user, clicking the trashcan icon next to their name, which then prevents the user from accessing the account.

Removing Crunchafi Data Extraction Users

When a user leaves your organization, Administrators can delete their user account by following these steps:

  1. 1.Administrator users can log in to the Crunchafi Data Extraction portal and access the “User Management” link in the option menu in the upper right.
  2. 2.On the User Management page, find the user account to remove.
  3. 3.Click the trashcan icon next to the name of the appropriate user.
  4. 4.The user will now see an access denied error if they try to log into the former account.
