Resending a user invitation

If a user invited to the Crunchafi Data Extraction portal does not accept their invitation within 48 hours, any Administrator can resend a new invitation by logging into the Strongbox Portal, navigating to User Management, locating the user, and clicking the envelope icon, while ensuring the noreply@strongbox.ai email is not blocked by spam filters.

Resending a User Invitation

If a user hasn't accepted their invitation within 48 hours, a new invitation must be sent.

The Crunchafi Data Extraction portal user invites expire after 48 hours. If an invited user hasn't activated their account yet, any Administrator user can send them a new invitation.

  1. 1.Log in to the Strongbox Portal and access the “User Management” link in the option menu in the upper right.
  2. 2.On the User management page, find the user who needs a new invitation.
  3. 3.Click the envelope icon to send a new email invitation to that user's email address.

Note:

  • This new invitation will also expire in 48 hours.
  • If they do not receive the invitation email, confirm that the email noreply@strongbox.ai is an accepted contact and is not blocked by a spam filter.
