The sample engagement letter language specifies that by agreeing, the CPA Firm acknowledges that the provided information is not legal advice, commits to having an attorney review any client contracts, assumes full responsibility for those contracts, and releases Crunchafi from any related liability.
Subscription Agreement
By clicking “I agree”, you on behalf of the entity you represent (“CPA Firm”) agree that: (1) information in this “CPA Firm/Client Language” section does not constitute legal advice; and (2) CPA Firm will have an attorney separately review any contract CPA Firm enters into with its client(s). CPA Firm further agrees that contracting with its clients is CPA Firm’s sole responsibility and that Crunchafi shall bear no liability for any claims related in any way to CPA Firm’s contract with its client(s).
