What format do I use to import a large quantity of leases?
To import a large quantity of leases into Crunchafi Lease Accounting, you should download and use the most current Bulk Import Template available directly from the Bulk Import screen accessed via Add Lease > Manual entry > Bulk Import, where the Excel template and import tips are provided and regularly updated within the software.
The most current version of the Bulk Import Template can be downloaded from the Bulk Import screen in Crunchafi Lease Accounting.
To find the template, navigate to Add Lease, then select Manual entry. Once the Add Lease screen loads, click Bulk Import in the upper-right corner. On the next screen, download the latest template version in Excel.
The bulk import screen and the template worksheet will provide tips on successful imports.
The template and system may change from time to time. To ensure you always have the most recent template, it is provided directly in the software.
